Project Manager/Lead Developer 

Responsibilities: 

 Extensive experience(prefer 8 years or more) with: 

• .Net web based business applications and Websites development.
• N-tiered architectures.
• Project management.
• Setting direction, monitoring progress and training staff.
• OOD and OOP.
• Database design and development.

•   .NET (2.0 or higher) web development, preferably in C#.
•    Architecture design & development in N-Tiered environment
•   Proficient with the use of design patterns
•     Web development technologies – Web Services, XML, SOAP XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, & jQUERY.
•      SQLServer 2005+. T-SQL, stored procedures and user-defined functions.
•      BI especially Microsoft Data Warehousing technologies (SSAS, SSIS)
•   OOD & OOP
•      PHP/MySQL and CMS tools such as Drupal
•   SDLC and Agile processes
•     Experience with Application Release management
•     Experience with Technical Project Management, Project Management Software & Release Management
•     Experience working with Offshore teams
•    Silverlight experience preferred
